1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of the Prime Motors Direct website and any enquiry, reservation or purchase of a vehicle from us. By using this website you agree to be bound by them.
2. About us
Prime Motors Direct is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15587035), with registered office at 93-95 Heywood Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 1FN.
3. Vehicle listings
Vehicle specifications, mileage, options and photography are provided in good faith but do not form part of any contract. All vehicles are sold subject to availability and prior sale. We strongly recommend personal inspection or a video walk-around before commitment.
4. Reservation
A reservation fee may be taken to hold a vehicle. Reservation fees are refundable in full within 48 hours of payment and credited against the final purchase price on completion. Beyond 48 hours the reservation fee becomes non-refundable unless the vehicle is materially misdescribed.
5. Sale of the vehicle
Sale is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you buy as a consumer, or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where you buy in the course of business. Title passes only on receipt of cleared funds in full.
6. Distance sales
Where the contract is concluded entirely at distance, consumer buyers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the vehicle being returned in the condition supplied with no additional mileage other than that reasonably needed for inspection. Return logistics are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Warranty
Every retail vehicle is supplied with a minimum three-month dealer warranty, with extended cover available. Full terms are provided at point of sale.
8. Website use
All content, branding and imagery on this site is the property of Prime Motors Direct or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape or republish any part of it without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the vehicle in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
